NATO Summit 2023 Delegation Services Vilnius

2023 Euroleague Final Four ambassadors choose rentals for you Kaunas
19-21 May 2023 Kaunas hosted the historic Euroleague Final Four, marking the 66th Euroleague season. It was the first time that an event of this level had been held in Lithuania, and more specifically in Kaunas Žalgiris Arena. The event attracted a lot of interest from basketball fans not only from Lithuania but also from all over the world. Our team had the privilege to serve not only Euroleague President Bodirog, but also Euroleague ambassadors. As Kaunas did not have any high-class hotels, our professional drivers transported the ambassadors to the capital Vilnius and back to Kaunas every day with the team to the location of the event. Despite not having a police escort, our high level of professionalism and experience allowed us to serve the elite of this event flawlessly. This project was notable for the sheer number of kilometres covered – we covered as much as 4,000 km of road during the event period. This not only confirmed our readiness to cover long distances efficiently and deliver on time, but also highlighted our high standard of service quality. We are delighted to have been able to contribute to the success of such an important and spectacular Euroleague Final Four in Lithuania, especially in Kaunas Žalgiris Arena.

Visit of the President of Azerbaijan to Lithuania Vilnius
The visit of the President of Azerbaijan to Lithuania took place on 21-22 May 2023. For a country that required a lot of transport, it was a challenging and very intense day for us as we were working on the Euroleague Final Four at the same time. We handled the challenge well. We joined the delegation in two business class minivans and were the first in the column with a business class saloon responsible for the protocol travel during the delegation. With a large fleet of cars and experienced drivers, we were able to efficiently service both important events. This is a testament to our ability to handle logistics efficiently and ensure that every customer receives the highest quality service.

Our team had to assist a company in arranging luxury transport and servicing one of Forbes’ world’s richest businessmen, who is among the prestigious TOP 100 richest people. This influential businessman and his assistants visited Lithuania on business. In order to make the best use of their time, the clients chose Kaunas Airport, which does not have a VIP terminal, which created additional challenges. Our experienced team expertly solved the logistical challenges and provided the highest level of service, including a welcome on the runway directly from the plane. SCOOTER Artist Services 2017 Kaunas
In 2017 we had to arrange a visit of the world-class band Scorpions to Kaunas. Drivers in luxurious Mercedes S class limousines met the band at Kaunas Airport straight from their private jet. The band was transferred to the Radisson Kaunas hotel where they were provided with luxurious overnight accommodation, and then transported to the Žalgiris Arena for the band’s performance. Our team ensured not only efficient transportation but also a high level of service to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay in Lithuania.

Services for the delegation of European Presidents and Ukrainian Presidents during their visit to Kaunas 2017
Together with our partners, we took care of the trips of the expresidents to Lithuania. Paying special attention to the Ukrainian Presidents and their requirements, we worked with the Executive Protection Department’s escort vehicles in accordance with the most stringent requirements. Our cars and drivers were thoroughly checked by the SAD officials. The journey started with a meet and greet on the tarmac directly in front of the private jet on which the former Presidents of Ukraine arrived. It was a unique experience to be able to participate in traffic without any restrictions, in defiance of traffic rules, accompanied by police and management protection. We delivered the Presidents to the venue, took them to dinner and finally took them to their hotel. The next day, repeating the procedure at the hotel, we again took the Presidents to the venues and finally to the airport. This sequence of events was not only a professional but also an invaluable experience, during which our team proves its high standards of service.
